About FIVE P

FIVE P provides engineering project management services for process improvement, plant and equipment installations, fitouts, relocations and building construction for the manufacturing industry, and for allied industrial and commercial enterprises. We specialise in food, packaging, FMCG, process industries and related infrastructure projects.

FIVE P manages industrial and commercial projects of all sizes, from medium-scale design/procure/install projects up to complex multi-disciplinary engineering fitout projects ($5M to $50M).

FIVE P  History

Director Andrew Watkins founded FIVE P in 2004, originally servicing engineering projects for a small niche of FMCG food manufacturers.

Andrew’s decision to head up this vibrant project management consultancy followed on from an impressive Australian and international career during which he managed large-scale and complex engineering projects and process improvement initiatives for well-recognised multinational organisations.

Continuous improvement within the manufacturing and construction industries is a personal passion for Andrew, which is further evident in his commitment to ongoing self-education. Having previously completed an MBA to complement his engineering background, Andrew is continuing his endeavour with current studies in Construction Law. In his work with FIVE P, Andrew leverages these personal skills and experiences to foster strong client partnerships centred on change for a better, sustainable future.

FIVE P coninues to evolve by growing with each client’s success, retaining skills and reflecting new knowledge back to the industry. The company is actively involved with Engineers Australia and affiliated special interest groups, and is a frequent contributor to local community projects. FIVE P now boasts an enthusiastic and dedicated team with a growing list of well-satisfied clients.
